2023 Summer University Medalist
I officially graduated from LSU in three years. I majored in Journalism with minors in Spanish and Leadership. I also earned the honorary distinction of Summa Cum Laude. I was the Summer 2023 University Medalist, which is presented to the undergraduate with a GPA that meets or exceeds a 4.0 and is the highest GPA amongst all of LSU’s bachelor’s degree candidates.
LSU Distinguished Communicator Medal
I am so honored to have received the LSU Distinguished Communicator Medal. I demonstrated strong written, spoken, visual, and technological skills during my undergraduate career, which is highlighted in my digital portfolio. Only a select number of students receive this honor for each graduating class.
2023 LAB Broadcast Scholarship Winner
I am honored to be the recipient of the 2023 Louisiana Association of Broadcasters Scholarship Award.
Kappa Tau Alpha
I was inducted into Kappa Tau Alpha (KTA). KTA recognizes academic excellence and promotes scholarship in journalism and mass communication. Selection for membership is a mark of the highest distinction and honor. It honors the top 10 percent of the class.
